Default Oil Change With Supercharger

A few days ago, I read in one of the posts that with a supercharger, you should change your oil every 3 months. This seems like a very short frequency and I was wondering if this is right. I got my car back in September (fresh oil change) and since then, I have put maybe 1000 miles on it. I haven't put that many on lately due to winter. Should I change it like I usually do at every 3k miles or is there another guidline to follow? Also, what about tranny and diff fluids? Thanks!

Use the severe recommendations, stated in the manual, for everything.

I am just at 3k with a new Vortech install. This weekend doing the tranny, oil, and diff. Tranny: GM Syncromesh Friction Modified; Oil: Mobil 1 10w30 w/ Mobil 1 oil filter; and diff.: Mobil 1 Synthetic Diff. fluid (grey bottle w/ blue cap).

I do oil every 3k anyways and the rest every 6k-9k. I can let you know how bad the fluids look tomorrow, hopefully not too bad.
