Where did you guys find this bolt to plug it?

Anyone know if fullblown carries it? I could call them tomorrow to check.... Just curious.

If they don't whats the exact specs so I could hunt for it.

Either way will work. It's a closed system. The pressure will remain the same (as dictated by the rad cap). You're not plugging the lines running to/from the radiator. Personally, I would remove the lines/plug the block with an M20 x 1.5 (pass side) and a 5/8" heater plug under the IM (driver side).

I don't know the thread size, but m20x1.5 is not it. That is more like the oil stud size. The thread pitch on the water fitting is around 1.0.

I just cut the fitting short and welded a bolt head onto it, and plugged the other side with a bolt, hondabond, small radiator hose, and clamp.

Just saw these pics looks like everything I need how is this holding up for yiu so far my manifold sits pretty much ontop of the line

I decided use the OEM coolant ports to run coolant through my Mocal oil/water cooler. I also have the FBM kit.

You'll notice my oil filter sandwich is very close to my down pipe. That is because I am running a sandwich adaptor so i can monitor oil temp/psi.

you'll see in my photo how I ran my water line. I wrapped it around the rear/bottom of the oil filter relocation housing. it runs parallel with my oil lines to the cross member.

This may an an alternate option for you should you want to retain an OEM style oil cooler.

i really should have wrapped the down pipe. its a c@#t hair away from my oil relocation adapter and basically is an oil heater. YAY. no adverse affects yet, but obviously far from ideal.

The B series guys use part number 1 to plug the water passage; I'm fairly certain that the plug will work on the S2000 water passage as well:

The water port on the block has a thread size of m18x1. I machined a adapter to suit so I could put a an6 fitting in there to feed the turbo.
