Default Oil drain questions/ Help

I'm running a comp turbo (360 series) and it is being flooded with oil and I was wondering if the drain could cause this. Here are some pics. any ideas or suggestions are appreciated. Thanks

How old is the turbo?

With the way the engine leans in the car, I would say that it is probably backing up into the turbo. Not saying that it cannot work on the pan, I'm sure people have had success with it, but if you can drain it from a higher point (timing cover / block girdle) I think you would solve your problem.

I've been meaning to take pictures with a spare oil pan I have, flat on the ground with about 4-5 quarts of fluid in it....because I am curious myself on how high the oil level actually sits.

Also I've always wondered if this is really an issue if vw 1.8t can use a low return and not have issues (or maybe they do, I don't know).

So I just took some pics of the pan with 2,3,4 qts. of water in it. The pan is laying flat on the bottom, which is how I believe it is when mounted on the engine, in the car. I didn't try 5 quarts in the pan because....well you'll see.

Lowest line is 2 quarts, highest line is 4 quarts.

I bought the kit from a guy in s2ki and he said he had no problems when it was on his car with the exact same setup. The turbo isn't that old maybe a year or a little more.

Maybe a different crankcase venting setup?

Maybe the crankcase isn't letting the oil flow enough because of excessive pressure, I don't know. Besides the obvious kinked return line or crankcase pressure, I don't know what the issue could be.
