Default oil filter relocation kit

I installed a Full-Race prostreet turbo manifold and having trouble finding an oil filter relocation kit that will work with this manifold. Most of the kit have plates that are too thick and/or the fittings sticks out and hit the turbo. Will someone please recommend me an oil filter relocation kit that will work with the Full-Race manifold. Thank you!

Canton oil filter relocator, the fittings come out the sides.. Depending on the turbo, you will have to cut to block a little to make it fit.. I run the same manifold, with a precision 6266..
