Default Oil in Turbo inlet

Every now and then I inspect my turbo for shaft play/etc and every time I check there is oil in the housing. I am currently running an AP2 valve cover with the stock PCV routed to the intake manifold and the breather on the valve cover has a hose that is just vented to atmosphere.

I plan on deleting the PCV all together with this, www.summitracing.com/parts/RUS-670491/, and just routing a hose from there and the breather to a baffled catch can w/ a filter. Will this setup resolve/help my issue?

Any info is appreciated. Thanks!

Any sign of oil spraying from the breather hose?

Sounds like turbo seals since you don't have anything running to the turbo intake.

either the seals are going or your drain is backing up some how.
