I just bought a map sensor from omnipower and it doesnt fit quite right. I have an 08 s2000 and bought the 06up version. it hooks up to the throttle body right but the plug to my engine harness doesnt fit. the plastic "stops" or shape doesnt line up with eachother. Did anybody else have this problem with omni map sensors?

as i'm aware, the 06up s2000 map sensors are the same as the newer civic si map sensors.

 

just shave it alil and it would clip in thats wat i did with my sos map i shave it and left the lil dot so it can stay held in

 

okay, i know i can get it to clip in with a little modification but im afraid my car wont read teh sensor? k series and our cars use the same map sensor correct?

btw, i was looking at your sig........the sc didnt help much in 1/4 time did it...with a decent turbo setup i know ppl get into the 12s maybe 11s. is a sc that much slower than turbo?

 

I just received mine today. I'll try it out later and see if fits perfectly.
