My car's at the shop getting the twin disc and 8.8 rear done right now as well as a few other things. I did talk to T1 about gears. Short story is PPG got back saying they're starting a batch of the syncro sets, more interested parties may mean they're less likely to get pushed aside. So if anyone is on the fence, hop in and I'll get mine sooner. Hah!

For me, I don't have the space or time to swap out a trans myself so it makes sense, even if it does sting a bit, but you have that side of things well covered. Curious to see how well it holds. The reports seem all over the map, kutsujula's original car didn't break the gears but cracked two housings, other people strip 4th gear at half the power. Luck of the draw, it seems.

I'm not sure a group buy helps all that much, a couple hundred bucks isn't going to make much of a dent in the price of these things, unfortunately.

Good stuff.

Any trouble sourcing the EFR? I have a buddy that's been waiting for one forever.
yes, I'm still waiting for mine from full race, they are saying I should have it in july, I'm hoping thats true, already had to push the tune date twice, new date is july 25th
Yeah, the supplier for the turbine housing was having some issues, but they have everything worked out now. I got an earlier estimate for the same turbo and Im hoping its accurate.

Nice build! Let us know how you like the 8.8 diff and driveshafts and how they feel compared to the stock diff and axles. Good luck with the numbers you're looking for! Could you PM me the price you paid for those injectors btw?
