People that have spun a bearing while boosted
Depending on what bearing spun, and how fast it was caught you could get away with just replacing the bearings, and fixing the crank and or rod. So bearings, and some machine work at a minimum.
I spun a bearing in my subaru (caught it quick) and they were able to fix the rod and crank for like $100 and I just put a new set of bearings in for about $150. I did all the assemble and tear down. Just for reference.

bearings are not cheap for our cars. mine on wholesale price was 10$ for half of a main bearing and $7.50 for half a rod bearing. you also have to match crank and block codes and rod and rod crank journal codes for the rod bearings. it gets really confusing. take it to the dealer. if they muck it up they get to repair it for free
its a resonated knock thats more distinctive at a certain RPM. and usually boost will hide a knock. if u think u have one get an automotive stethoscope or do the old long handled screw driver trick and position the tip in different areas while revving the engine till you find the knock!
