General consensus from what I've seen is not many.

Just from cruising around these forums for awhile and reading comments others have left, this isn't uncommon at all. Pang may have great customer service, but I seem to consistently hear about his manifolds cracking more often than any other manufacture. Full Race manifolds do not have this problem when properly installed, and I don't think I've heard of a Full Blown manifold breaking like that either (although there's speculation their latest forward facing design has vibration problems due to the overhanging downpipe).

A lot of people will say "any manifold will eventually crack", but like I said I don't see this problem as consistently with other manufacturers and IMO if you spend $1K+ on a manifold the damn thing better hold up for at least a pretty long period of time. Simply put I wouldn't trust Pfab welds or materials. Your warranty is also void with him if you paint or header wrap the manifold.

Edit: Just went back to look for the thread talking about the vibration problem with the new Full Blown manifold design and realized someone else on the same thread mentioned they had a PFAB manifold too that cracked from vibration... https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/112...t__p__23934165

Also even if Pang covers your manifold under warranty you'd still have to wait for the turnaround time, which would at least be a couple weeks. Plus simply going over a manifold and re-welding it is almost sure to lead to future cracks in the same area anyway, you'd really need a freshly fabricated new piece...

Anyway, I've done plenty of rambling for someone who has frankly never owned nor dealt with Pfab. This is just the consensus I've put together after being here for awhile. Personally running a KP log right now and planning on upgrading to Full Race in the future.
