I just went through all this with my setup. The feed side of the turbo is a 1/8NPT thread. From this you can choose to get an adapter to a -3 or -4 (Both will suffice just the -3 will be smaller and more likely cheaper to purchase). Your also going to need to get some 1/8NPT fittings to T into the oil pressure sensor. About a 1 1/2' of -3 line should be more than enough. I would also recommend one of the turbo oil restrictors with a filter like me and siadam run. However these only come with -4 fittings so then your back to -4 for all your setup.

As for the drain get -10 and then tap into the girdle with a 1/2" NPT pipe thread. You'll need about 1 1/2' of line again here also.

Hope this helps.

Check my thread for more pics.

Ok cool.. anyway you could PM me like a shopping list? I would like to run the proper oil restrictor and all... and -4 is fine with me.. and I will order 2 feet of both of the lines to make sure I have enough!

As for the flanges that go onto the turbo itself, are these two good ideas for the 5857? and will they fit?

-3an Inlet with built in restrictor
http://www.advancespeedshop.com/func...3-p-14082.html

-10an Outlet
http://www.advancespeedshop.com/func...0-p-14079.html

And then I would need a 1/2"NPT to -10an fitting for the girdle (which you are all just drilling and tapping I assume? what about metal shavings? is it possible to weld? if not how nything you reccomend for a seal? and where do I run the oil inlet line from?

You can can get oil feed from the oil pressure switch. BE CAREFUL when tightening it. Also it is a 1/8" bspt not npt. Ive known and read threads of people whe went to Ace hardware and bought a brass 1/8"to1/8" npt fitting and overtorqued it and cracked the block. Most people are fine just tapping the girdle and using a thread sealer, Welding is not really needed.

They have a -4an inlet with built in restrictor as well.. so with those 2 flanges and these following parts would I be all set??

1/2INCH to -10AN Fitting tapped into girdle
(2) -10AN 45 Degree (guessinf those would be best? what degree is everyone else using?
(1) -4an 90 Degree for straight off the turbo
(1) -4an 45 degree off the tee (where do I get a tee?) (and is 45 degree right or should I go 90? Straight?)
3 foot of -4an stainless
3 foot of -10an stainless
and a tee off oil line? Where do I tee into? where do I buy a tee?

Tee into the oil pressure switch above the filter. or do it the safe way and buy a sandwich plate and go directley into that.

what else would I need with that fitting? I take it the male part threads into the block and the pressure switch threads into one of the female ports.. then I just need an NPT-AN adapter for the feed line correct? What size are the female threads? and is that male thread BSPT?
