dumb question but is the manifold 100% metal finished, or did you use any kind of metal filler (metal glaze) to reshape the lines on top of the plenum prior to powdercoating?

AHHH I see how you did those coolant loines... you just tapped them for screws? smart! The two coolant lines on the front of the manifold (valve cover side) do I have to keep those? I know one is a bleeder valve or something..

No filler used, just a LOT of block sanding

I think I used 50 and 80 grit dry, then 400 grit wet (for block sanding). Then I did a lot of the finer stuff with a 90 degree die grinder and various 1" and 2" sanding pads (mostly fiber discs)

I opted to keep my bleeder valve (since this car is such a b*tch to bleed!), but I imagine you could do away with it if you wanted. The other line right by the bleeder valve I just cut off, tapped and plugged with a screw. I would have had this hole filled if I could have got the steel insert out, but you can't punch it in like the others (no way to get it out if you do).

Yea, the charge pipes are 2.5" I think (whatever comes with the full-race kit)

I'll probably get flamed for this....but I did the FB TB more for looks than performance. I didn't want to put all that work into customizing my intake manifold then bolt the ugly stock TB back on.
