Default Potential 450+ rwhp Vortech Setup

Ive been doing some research off this site (and I talked to a few members about this) and wanted to hear other peoples' opinions regarding my potential setup below and if it will help me reach my goal of 450+ rwhp.
All costs have been calcualted and I know it will take a hell of a long time but I think it would be worth it since I drive the car on a daily basis and I have to worry about emissions testing in Socal.

The setup wil consist of:

Vortech supercharger
AEM EMS
tuning by shawn church
Competition clutch (any suggestions for a not so stiff clutch?)
OEM exhaust
Hypertune Intake manifold
Hondata Headgasket
Installation costs
750cc high impedence fuel injectors
AEM FPR
1 or 3 bar map sensor
3.8" pulley
new superchargerbelt
header? Skunk2 if it shows reasonable gains
Denso spark plugs
larger BDL throttle body
Alaniz Competition head work including: bronze guides, inner spring locator kit, and titnanium retianers.

If there is anything you guys think I should add or change besides the OEM exhaust (I want to keep it stock b/c of police and I hate extra noise), chime in.

On the exhaust, you will want something that can flow better than stock. For a stock appearence look at the Fujitsubo Legalis R, not much louder than stock under normal conditions, but loud at WOT.

I'd ask Sideways, He's in the same power range with a Vortech.

Allow me to repeat myself. I only want to use the OEM exhaust.

Rule # 1 You engine is a air pump

What goes in needs to get out . The more efficient the pump the more power . Why spend all the money on a TB, Head porting , Intake manifold if you are going to choke it with the factory exhaust ????

450whp will be right around the blowers limit in CFM .

-Just do the 3bar from GM as you will be beyond the limit of a 1bar sensor
-Stick with NGK copper plugs and say NO to the Denso's

I could be wrong but I believe you can not pass emissions with an AEM EMS anyways. It doesn't have an ODBII port for them to test if I remember right.

That is correct. If your emissions testing center requires an obdII port, you will fail immediately since the obdII system is non-functional once the stock ECU is removed.

I appreciate the concern but I already said numerous times that I want to use the OEM exhaust. These are the 4 main reasons:

1. Any exhaust at all where I live will attract negative attention. Even one such as Fujitsubo will flow better but the gains will be miniscule. I would need a setup such as the new one Sideways will have but it be VERY loud.

2. Ive had exhausts before and I am tired of the extra noise.

3. I would be more proud knowing I made a lot of hp with a factory exhaust

4. Having a aftermarket exhaust is comparable to penis envy. You wish you had something bigger (in this case an engine) so you try to compensate.

Im done with this topic so i ask that anybody who responds does not speak about the factory exhaust again.

Great point but there is a method to take it off to pass emissions (Sideways may know how) and a few other members might also know how.
with a s/c setup it is a lot easier to pass emissions than a turbo setup since there are a lot less components involved and the s/c is CARB exempt to begin with. It also helps when it comes to getting your hood popped open since the police would have no idea what has been done internally.

did you see sideways new thread about his new exhaust system hes creating to make more power? you cant be pushing so much power and have such a restrictive exhaust. and btw, just curious, why did you go the s/c route and want to make so much power?
