When you mean the IAT goes above 140 you mean fahreneit? I am using the spearco watercooler together with Comptech aftercooler and after a few pulls i can see 65-70 degrees celcius or 55-60 at cruising speed and my tuner thinks that this is a lot and i have to put intercooler
Yep. 65-70c is actually pretty high. At 140F its about 60c.

So yep sounds like we both have the same heat issues at this boost level. I'm think I might explore the larger heat exchanger route first before I got front mount, since I don't want to loose any boost if I don't have to.
