Of all the turbos I have seen fail in the last 6months the only failures were on BB turbos. Ironically they were replaced with journal bearings and are doing just fine.

Spoolin have you tuned your car with the 6262 yet? I have tuned my set up with my 6262 and I am having trouble getting 500hp. I cant find the grimlin in my setup and I am getting fustrated

No its a known problem on their journal bearings. Ive had one fail on me and I had the correct feed/return setup. Ive been building turbo cars for years. It wouldnt have been a problem if their customer service was a little better but its probably the worst ive seen.
They even tell the people who have had failures to upgrade to the ball bearing units.
They do perform well though before they break i must say.

Ball bearings generally have a much higher thrust load capability.

I am only making 488 on a dyno jet @ 19psi. We checked for boost leaks and there were none. All cylinders checked out good with compresion @ 185 all the way across the board. The turbo spools up fine and there is no leaks or smoke coming from the car. My vacum Is @ 19 steady. I am running out ideas.
I would think that 19 psi would have you up over 500 whp easily. I've heard some bad things about the GM map sensors and I wonder if that could be causing a problem. A buddy of mine here has the 6265 E on his IP manifold and with pump gas and on 18 psi he is making around 490 whp on a dynojet. Something is definitely going on since you have the sidewinder manifold and are only hitting 488 whp on 19 psi. You definitely should be well over 500 whp at 19 psi. How does your timing and vtec engagement look? With the sidewinder manifold, you should be able to have vtec set at around 3600-3800 rpm and timing should start coming on at around 5 deg when boost hits and working its way up to around 16 deg at 9000 rpm when on pump gas.
Also, what spring do you have in the Tial BOV? If its too soft, you could be leaking some boost from it but if your map sensor is seeing 19 psi at the intake manifold then this may not be happening.

I have had 3 different tuners two of the tuners the guys at inlinepro recomended . I am running a 15 pound spring in my wastegate. As far as the 3 bar every tuner said everything looks right. Something is not flowing right.
I was curious as what spring is in your BOV, not the wastegate. Do you know which one it is? I think mine is the 11 lb spring.
So, the map sensor is seeing 19 psi at the manifold? What does your boost gauge show? If they are way off, then something is up with flow. Do you have your boost solenoid hose hooked up at the turbo compressor housing? Have they tried raising the boost past 19 psi but it wont pick up any more power? I need more specifics to try and diagnose what the problem is. Could a rag or something have gotten left in the charge pipe when you connected it up to the turbo side of the intercooler? I'm just trying to knock out any possible things that could be going on.

My bad I dont know what spring I have in there but the boost does drop 2 psi near redline. when we up the boost you are right we cant make anymore power. And yes the tru boost is hooked up to the compressor housing. And as far as anything blocking the flow I dont see anything that might be in the way. Please help!!!!!!
