82. F series love to breath. Anything less will cause a restriction. And on a log, I'd go for a 5857. Get your dp modded for a vband connection.

6262 with a .82 for what it seems like you want.. but honestly your close mindedness on how bad that manifold is is your limiting factor and will still be.. in my personal opinion its pfab and a 5857 with a .82 for anything under 500WHP

yah, thanks guys... I kinda knew i should go with that.. Please explain why the pfab is better? Have you had them side by side? Are the runners a bigger diameter? I am sure they are not longer and the curves are just as sharp. The only thing i can think of is that the pfab flange is more on an angle so its not hitting as much of a wall like the rev hard.. I am not saying rev hard is better or saying it is good. I know the power is limited with it

This is getting off topic. Although there is no real logic behind your answer besides some numbers that don't REALLY mean anything.. Its track times and traps.. I think I will be going with the 6076 though because i have found a good deal.. swap to a 4 bolt and i should be good to go

Are there any big differences between the billet style 6262, 6265 and say a regular 6076?

Thanks guys

Chad, sorry I thought you had a 3mm in the car, if you took it out I would probably just keep it out, but I had no issues with my 3mm, they do only last like 15k miles. I really think a 5857 E BB .82 is gonna be the best choice after that probably the 6262 E .63 but that makes more power than you will probably ever need but will give you more room to grow. Mine was a 6165 S .63 BB. and I thought it was great maybe even too big. If your gonna get a bigger turbo the .63 does help with the spool and I had no issues with it with my inline kit 3mm set up. If you have not done so go to the Evans tuning site and look at the dyno charts for the s2000, he has a good collection of stuff for your review so you can see how other cars have performed with different set ups. I think if you get the E you may not need a notch, if you don't want to notch get the B housing.

Yah, i will def inately need a notch for the e cover. I hear the b covers fit in there fine. I kinda just wanna stick to journal bearing for simplicity and cost... I realize the wheel is billet. I was wondering the advanatages of it. I can just do a search for that. Thanks

I found a great deal on a 6076E turbo that i think i will end up going for that.

I will get a 4 bolt flange and just swap it onto the dp.

I think this turbo will be similar to the gt3076 that i had previously.. Same exhaust side (slightly bigger .82 vs .78) And a bigger compressor side. I am not sure if the larger compressor side will be a advantage or dis advantage
