well i said that the dyno i use reads very low so its hard to say.. I ran 20 psi with same kit but with gt3076 .78, 3mm, 750's and only made around 350 whp. A fully built s2k just got 390 whp with id 1000's pfab eltm.

i would like to hit 300+ on that dyno..

It is hard to justify what whp i want because my dyno reads so different

I am either gonna do 3mm HG and do like 18 psi or just do 12 psi stock hg.. no meth just pump piss.. I had fairly good luck with the 3mm.. still undecided whjat i am gonna dow ith that though

Ok so here's my suggestions. I'm assuming you meant 400whp not 300

Don't ever do that dumbass 3mm HG.
Go to a different dyno that doesn't read 'funky' for better comparisons with the rest of the community
Go with the smallest backhousing that will keep up with your RPM and power goals. I'm running the .63 6262 and it has no problems at 450whp.

Details on my setup and a video that shows the boost response/driveability is here: https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/868...und-the-block/

Hope this helps

I like the way your curves look for sure.. And the car seems to be a monster on the street..

I am just thinking the larger AR will benefit the rev hard mani.. Your mani flows much much better than mine so I was thinking the larger AR would help it to flow better by not choking up as much...

What may I ask is the issue with 3MM HG?

I'm not starting a debate, mainly just asking because I am currently in the process of helping a friend build his AP1 and we were thinking about using one.

They eventually will blow. Lots of people just think they are a waste of time when a good flowing manifold and stock compression you can make excellent power. I just like the fact that you can make good power with log manifolds without spending a ton to build block. People just say to spend extra money on manifold and don't waste your time.. dunno what to do at this point.. maybe ill just buy a better mani and keep stock compression.

I think the 6076 .82 AR will be good for my goals, but more feed back is always appreciated

With so many better manifold out today I would really get a new one and not take the time and energy to due the 3mm and notch. I mean you have the rest of the entire set up just do a hot side conversion. So I would do a mase hot side with a new 5857bb or gt3076x .82 14psi and maybe your meth kit. If you want more top end I would do a 6262 .63.

If you want to keep your manifold maybe look at some b housing turbos like what in line uses the 5865 or something like that.
