Well i installed 2nd waste gate and it buried the boost needle just like first one did. The car runs good but when I accelerate to 7,000 or higher the boost goes up and fast well over 2 bar. I checked the hoses and even disconnected the boost controller hose and nothing. I am going to change all boost hoses and take apart waste gate to see if any damage..
HMHMHHMMMMMM. That doesn't seem right. What style Full-Race manifold you got? If it is the brand new design I got 11psi with the wastegate no prob and there are plenty of people with the old one and no problems. What PSI you trying to run? Curious as to what the problem is. Just a plain crazy experience. Good luck.

It is the brandnew design. I want to run 17psi. So far no one has an answer as to why?

Ok Todd at Fullrace told me to swich the hoses on the wastegate. By what he told me it makes sence. Hopefully I havent ruined this wastegate.. But now I know my car can take a spike of 2.4 bar..

How do you have the vacuum lines hooked up? You should have one hooked from the compressor housing or charge piping to the port (side) of the wastegate. The top should be vented to the atomshpere if you want to run off the wastegate spring, or hooked to a MBC/EBC for boost controll (teed into the port side). If you have the lines reversed then you will overboost like mad.

scorpion is right on the hose connection
you should also clamp the hoses to avoid leaks

OK I JUST HAD A DISTURBING CONVERSATION WITH TODD AT FULLRACE,, HE SAID THAT IT IS NORMAL TO GET BOOST CREEP FROM A 12 POUND SPRING TO CREEP UP TO 18 POUNDS OR MORE. DEPENDING HOW MUCH GAS AND HOW LONG I STAY ON IT. I HAVE NEVER HAD THAT PROBLEM WITH MY OLD MANIFOLD. THIS MEANS THAT I RUN RACE GAS ALL THE TIME AND HE SAID YES IF I WANT TO GET ON IT.. I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS I NEVER THOUGHT I HAD TO RUN RACE GAS TO GET TO 17 PSI,,BUT BECAUSE OF BOOST HIGH BOOST CREEP I DON'T HAVE A STEADY BOOST.. WHAT DO YOU GUYS THINK..
