The map I sent was the original map that came loaded on my controller from Vortech. There is another map that I run that has 3 more degrees of timing retard than the original.

What does the 3 degrees retard seem to do, increase performance, do u think i should load that one on there instead? And did u configure ur MAP sensor too, or just keep original?

It's the original MAP sensor in the controller. I didn't have to configure anything. The -3 degrees stopped detonation on oxygenated winter fuel which has a lower knock threshold than summer blend fuels.

OK great, so i will just configure the setup with the -3 most likely and splice into the original MAP like u did, that' way i dont have any problems, great, thanks so much for the help.... James
