I won't be using the 42R.

Try taking a look at AMS's 850R turbo. It's what I plan on going with and I believe it's good for around 750 whp and still spools fast like a 35R.

spools fast like a 35r but capable of 750? that sounds amazing, i'll have to look into that. i don't want to sound stuck on the 6776r or 42r, but inline's newest monster has a 40r makin 700's on lower/moderate boost, with a stroker. i don't want to go too big for no reason, and def don't wana be a dyno queen

aside from that, is it possible to use race gas with methanol/water injection? what about nitrous? i thought only one as each mixes to form combustion.

Just go to AMSperformance.com and look at their EVO turbo kits and the one with the 850R turbo is the one I'm talking about.

how is your trans going to withstand this kind of power? I'd love to see these kind of numbers as well. I was planning on getting the inline diff kit but don't want to start going through trans.

You should re-read the first post. The one that says 'PPG gears'.

PPG gears is enough? I did read that. Seems like more would have to be done to our trans than just gears to make it withstand over 600 hp.

Not trying to hi-jack, just really interested. If I could find a solution to beef our trans up I'm all up for it.

im not 100% certain of all the details either. inlinepro basically is directing me to the path they chose for their monster s2k. ppg synchros and reduction. it handles what they put down so it's good enough for me until i find something better.

any idea on cost? Let me know what turbo you decide to go with. I'm upgrading mine else well. The AMS one seems tempting.
