Mount it to the block.
If you bought it directly from PTuning, give them a call. I am sure they will resolve the issue for you ASAP.

Any word on the ODB/Vac blocks for NA cars? Mine is ITB and I can really use a vacuum block with a lot of connections. I also want to mount oil press/temp sensors to tie into my Kpro.

Here is my setup:

Added accessories to ODB are PLX oil pressure sensor and PLX oil temp sensor.

VDB only acts as an attachment point from the intake to the blow off valve.

Hopefully soon to be tuned.

The NA setup is 99% done. We are just waiting for a custom fitting to be completed so we can release it. Here's the setup with the prototype oil return fitting on an NA s2000, photo courtesy of Robovoice.

Please let me know when I can order the NA ODB/VAC! It will rest proudly on display under the hood of my ITB car, since there is nothing in front of the engine.

I was wondering that too. I first thought of putting them in the engine bay but PLX said that their sensor modules shouldn't get wet. Then I though of putting them in a waterproof box and mounting them in the engine bay, I couldn't find a right size box. Then after sometime thinking and staring up under the dash I though of perfect spots for 4 sensor modules. The pic in the link show only 3 sensor modules which are all attached via velcro up under the dash. Once I get my car back from PTuning I'll take better pics for you.
