^^ We've only powdercoated end tanks in the past and therefore don't have any data on powdercoating the entire intercooler. Now, if that's what you want and you are aware of any potential issues, I don't see why we couldn't give you that option.

We have not run into any issues with the turbo system as it stands, otherwise we would have already made design changes to the component(s).

Does the oil cooling system also draw oil from the pan, or is it only cooling the oil coming out of the turbo?

We've set up a pretty unique oil return system using the oil scavenging pump.

We'll have detailed pics up very soon, but the standard system scavenges oil from only the turbo and returns it to the engine. The optional oil cooling system system scavenges the oil from both the turbo and oil pan, cools it, then returns it to the engine. The optional oil cooling system also incorporates an oil thermostat to ensure that the engine oil gets up to temp in colder climates.

The test vehicle has been tested with the oil cooling system in place since day one.

Any idea of ETA?

Does the oil scavenging drawing from the oil pan mean we'll be tapping our oil pans?
