You want a BIGGER pulley? That's going to give you less boost.

 

When I superchargered my car all I could think about was how pissed off I was at the high level of boost, so I switched out the pulley with a 6 incher, so now I am boosting a very very happy .75psi.

Boost big or go home.

To answer your question there are very limited manufacturers of these pulleys now especially since automotive speed is no longer making them. I will probbaly have a custom one made.

A 3.5" will give you about 10psi on AP1.
