Question for high HP/EMS guys
Richee, a local guy here in our club "what100" just went though this with his EMS, he got around having to take emissions by re registering his car at a friends address in another county. He is also military so not having his registration align with his drivers license wont be as much of a red flag. Not sure how that works for the rest of us if we get pulled over for something and have to explain to the cops.

Luckily I live in a non-communist state.

They check my brakes, tires, lights, wipers then visually inspect the exhaust for leaks and a cat. Personally I am all for it too, this keep crap cars off the road.
I have AEM EMS so when it comes time for emissions i "sell" the car to my mom changing the name on the title and not having to smog for another year or 2. then when smog time comes around again, she "sells" it back to me and so on lol
