Default Question for Inline Pro Turbo kit Users

How long is your oil return line? From the fitting on the bottom of the turbo to your tapped fitting on the oil pan. Thanks.

Its not long at all, maybe 6 inches. We tap the block itself and not the oilpan. This allows for better oil drainage.

take the oil pan off and clean it like you should. I would never tap the block or the pan without removing it no matter what anyone says. Draining the oil to get the shavings out does not effectivly remove all the shavings.

Just curious, how does tapping the block differ from tapping the pan above the oil line?

I'm pretty sure the oil line in close to the top of the pan. Plus what about when you are accelerating, deccelerating or cornering? The oil line moves. From what I have seen in a lot of other cars is that the oil line is almost always above the tap or right near it. Tapping it in the block assures that the oil will always drain effectivly.

Sophal, you are so knowledgeable

sup man, long time no see.

Tapping the pan or the block is fine, but like Spankee said, I'd recomend tapping the block. We also tapped our block in our s2k that ran the 10.7
