Default Question on Novi 1220 to 1200 upgrade

I've been looking into upgrading my current 1220 unit with a 1200

I emailed Paxton earlier this year and didn't get a reply about possibly exchanging or upgrading my current 1220 blower for a 1200 (obviously at an additional price) my Novi 1220 is in good shape overall I have only had the stage one kit pulley on it so it's never seen over 6-7psi.

I know I've read somewhere in the past someone stated they were able to upgrade and exchange their 1220 for a 1200 for a price. If this is not possible I understand, if it is and anyone has any suggestions on who to contact I would greatly appreciate it.

If worse comes to worse I plan on selling my 1220 to purchase a 1200, so if all else fails and anyone has a place to recommend purchasing a new 1200 blower from for a good price I would really appreciate that as well. Thanks in advance

Calling them first thing tomorrow hahaha. Thanks a bunch I'm hoping the turn around isn't to long but either way for that price I can't complain much.

That was for the just the housing and the volute to make it a 1200. If you want to get the bearings and seals replaced it is another $382.53. But if you need to send it back for just the seals and bearings, it is still $382.53. They don't cut you a break for already having it there. It makes sense though because you don't have to go into the backside of it at all to change the volute and housing.

Its only a $60 upgrade over the standard 1220 if you choose the kit properly to begin with. Im not even sure why Paxton makes the 1220.

I have also done this. I was getting it rebuilt and they simply upgraded it to the 1200 volute. definitely worth it the increase in power.
