Default Question regarding clutch

I'm about to change my pulley from the 7psi to the 9psi pulley, so do you guys think my stock clutch will even be able to handle it?

depends on how you drive it.

but about 350 and above, i think it'll start to slip on the top end if the clutch is fairly old.

I'd recomend a competition clutch 4 puck or 6 puck
