Default Questions about Turbo Build

I recently obtained this kit (minus the AEM, had to go Kpro because of DBW)
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=699582
and was wondering if I should look into any other cooling mods? Also, is getting a 3mm hg the best way to go if I am looking to drive this daily?

H/G ISN'T needed.

I am 100% against using a thicker HG

But in the case of using an IP Log, I believe it's your only option to make power above 400 in a somewhat safe manner

As the OP did not specify his power goals, its neither here nor there

I was looking to make it as DD as possible, so my goals were around 300-375 to the wheels. I am hoping with that set up, I will not need to get a hg, but if it will make the car more reliable and have a longer life, then I will do it.

Do you have any more factual information that I can take to the tuning shop to show them that the stock HG can handle 10 psi? Cause I do not think that they will do more than 8 psi on a stock HG. Thanks for all of your information and help.

Has anyone done any cooling mods with a turbo set up? Like fan switch, or thermometer, or samco hoses, or new radiator? Do they make a difference, or are they just for safety precautions?
