Default Quick question about oil restrictors

Just wondering if it matters where you install the oil restrictor. I'm running an oil relocation kit and I have the oil feed line to the turbo feeding from the relocation kit to the turbo. I'm just wondering if it makes any difference if the restrictor is located at the turbo or if it is okay at the oil relocation kit. I only ask because the relocation kit is a HELL OF A LOT easier to get to than the turbo.

Cheers.

I was told by Atpturbo you want it as close to the turbo as possible.

Thats where I put mine.

Theyre installed at the inlet of the turbo.

You want to put it as the first fitting coming out of the turbo if possible. It will create a fine mist that will coat you internals.

Ah!!! That sucks, My charge piping along with the wastegate, battery and just the general locating make it difficult to get to, but I guess it is required to have one. It's blowing smoke at idle. Now my question is that will the smoking stop if I install it? I've been driving with it like that for about a month now, not really noticing the smoke until I was on the dyno. I would see small puffs at idle but assumed because I was running really rich at idle. I haven't been driving it for the past little while now so, yeah, can I expect to have to change the seals or will this help with the smoking?
Thanks again lads!
