quick question about turbo behaviors

ah i think the problem is my major boost leak, blown 2 couplers, patched it, and it worked for a little while, but the patch is blown now too, stronger coupler that should hold will be in monday/tuesday

oh and yea, i'm just telling everyone 350+, and that they can find out at race wars, lol

If you rev it high enough, you can hear the bov, but it won't be nearly as loud as if you had load on the engine.

Hell, pop the hood and pull the TB manually, you can see the bov actuating.

Like some others have mentioned, you're probably experiencing vtec kicking too low during partial throttle conditions. Its almost a hesitation sensation when you're just cruising at high speeds, and when you hit the magic vtec point, your ECU will try to dump fuel, but you're not really trying to go fast.

Ask your tuner to adjust the vtec engagement conditions. My tuner adjusted it so, it will only kick in vtec if it sees load over x% and manifold pressure over y%.

with the boost leak fixed, the behavior i was talking about, the "hesitation", is gone now, damn it feels so awesome
