Default Ready for more boost, need engine opinions!

Alright after a terrible summer of being rear ended by some dude on his phone, and bending a intake valve on cylinder 2 within a day. The cars finally back from the body shop and I'm ready to tear the engine out for the winter.

This will be my first engine build, and I'm blessed with a neighbor that builds hot rods for a living. He's willing to help me out and teach me and that being said I'd like to do the majority of the work myself. His import knowledge isn't the best but that's where you guys come in.

The setup:
stock f20c block
sos stage 2, novi 1200 running 9 psi pulley
puddy mod stage 2 rear end
sos sport clutch
t1r header/exhaust
Hondata ECU

Currently ran 293.5 rwhp on a dyno dynamics

The goal:
400 HP, anything more is a bonus but according to sos and puddy mod the diff and clutch will handle 450 fine.
Fly Mase up with our s2k club to tune it this time. (not many import tuners around here)
Remove pistons, replace bearings, and check for any additionals problems.
ARP Headstuds.
New charger pulley*

My questions:
1. Recommended compression ratio for these goals?
2. Valvetrain recommendations? Leaning towards supertech with dual springs, but willing to listen to advice.
3. Stock cams or BC cams?
4. Anyone running a SOS stage 2 that could give me a PSI range to run this horsepower with the valve setup?
5. Do you think sleeves/pistons are a necessity?

The use of the car:
The car is a toy, occasional road track, autocross, and drag strip usage. But it also has to be reliable enough to do road trips through the mountains.

I would keep the bottom end stock and leave it all together as long as it was fine before you bent the valve. Therefore:

1. Keep stock compression for 400 whp
2. At that power level supertech, ferrea valves are the ones I would go with. Any dual spring setup is good if you are looking to build the head. I used inline pro ones for 2 years and no problems (now for sale btw), but again supertech and ferrea are also good.
3. Stock cams
4. Not sure I would probably say around 12-13 psi but I have not been up to date with my supercharger numbers
5. No sleeving or pistons needed as long as when you take the head off everything is in good shape.

I would invest in some good cooling mods to keep the car reliable as well. BTW where do you live?

As above.

regarding cams; use stock but reduce overlap by around 2-3 degree's using offset woodruff keys, good gains to be had.

I'm currently looking into building my head aswell. I'm probably just going to go with Ferrea valves & double valve springs with some Ti retainers. I was interested in the SOS inconel exhaust valves as temps are slightly higher on the exhaust side when running reduced valve overlap. I didn't get any feedback on peoples experiences with the SOS valves though.

(my setup is Rotrex C38 SC @ around 12psi)

thanks guys, i was steered that titanium is good to run hard for short periods of time. Over long days (road trips through the mountains for me), should i stay away from titanium for life on lets say a 12 hour drive?
I like ferrea's stuff too, but after I heard that bit about titanium I was leaning supertech.

Neeman im located in Edmonton.

Was also looking at the SOS ones, nice but pricey over the other 2 with no reviews that have really caught my eye to spend the extra.
