What do you mean?

The car isn't going to magically break down if you drive outside of Ohio. Just have a quality build and don't cheap out on the parts/tune and you're fine. I boosted mine w/ 95k miles on it and here at 112k haven't had any issues.

Would it be better for me to have custom turbo kit. Or buy a whole kit set. I'm new to the FI. Easy now

You need to set goals and a budget and then do some research on here...your questions will be answered. Most of them will be answered after you set your goals and budget.

You will be golden man! there are plenty of kits available in that range. As for getting it tuned, theres a shop i believe in Delaware/Marengo, i believe called Slomotion that specializes in imports.

Shouldn't I change the springs and retainers?

Its not necessary at that power level. Unless you are on AP1 retainers and you're afraid the engine may have been mechanically overrev'd before and want to swap the retainers to the AP2 retainers on the intake side... but otherwise stock retainers and springs will be fine.

Switch to ap2 retainers. It is a pretty simple install. You just need the right tool.
