Just fyi, I have modified some pulleys which weren’t available in the sizes I wanted, by either building a shim stack for the proper alignment needed or even reaming out the bore size for the proper shaft diameter. Building a shim stack requires less precision hand work, but just throwing that out there if you guys are not finding what you need exactly and are somewhat handy yourselves, you can make what you need. I have found lots of pulley manufactures out there, but not all end up being the right combination, I went through this with the smaller sizes for the novi 1000. That reminds me, I have a custom 2.7" pulley Id let go if anyone wants it for their NV1000 or any other blower with 7/8" shaft. It gave me 19-20psi at 9k rpm. I cut cross section grooves in it too similar to RR pulley for traction, never slipped on me. You can PM me if interested.
