Maybe drill some holes in the battery to improve thru-airflow....

Like I said, there really isn't any room in the trunk I have a 12w7 in a custom box filling the entire trunk with two amps and crossovers etc.

And there is already enough weight back there from that stuff.

Bad spot due to airflow like others have said. Weight is now lower which is good, but adding that all the way up front doesn't seem like such a good idea (then again prolly wouldn't notice unless on a race car). Like the ingenuity though.

just hope u dont hit anything from the front... even if it isnt that bad of an impact.... u can bet that ur battery is going to go flying thru ur radiator.
