Guys,
I'm located near Canton and am speaking with them about another attempt in resolving the heat issues for Turbo S2k's. They also have a relationship with Full-Race and are very interested in working with me on this.
I'd like to put together a list of all the issues that people have run into with trying to track turbo s2k's. I've gone through the threads and yes am kinda sick thinking about another turbo track thread, but I think with a company like Canton behind this we may find the answer.
Oil Temps -
Solution:
Oil coolers
Issues: Cold temps oil doesn't get hot enough, and oil pressure drops
Solution: add accusump accumulator and thicker oil
Water Temps-
Solution:
Radiator, Radiator Cap, VMount Cooler, tstat, breather tank
EGT-
Solution:
Meth
Other solutions:
Run low boost with custom race gas tune, Heat Shields, vented hood, front air cover (forgot the name), moving parts away from heat
