Let's do it! I'm curious if KW HP = SOS HP. What do you think you're putting down? You follow the forums a bit more than I do. Also im going to try to lose a few lbs so the weight advantage isn't so good in your favor ;-)

All of the KW kits I've seen dyno'd have been above 400. I was e-tuned though so I'm probably not quite as high. I'd hope for 380-390 though. We've both got 2.2L and AP2 trans, so it will be a great comparison. This, of course, means you're committed to coming this fall

KW might be slightly higher at the same boost level, but SOS>KW if you slap on a smaller pulley with good fuel.

We've got a couple pulley options as well

Yes, but enough to join the 500whp club?

I think there's a TTS kit that achieved 500whp, so in theory the kw kit should be able to at least get damn close.

Does the 1200 blower need upgraded bearings to spin fast enough to get to 500? Can't remember if I read about that on a Vortech or SOS kit.

Yep...that'd be Daryl (S2000442) on E85 @16psi @510whp Dynojet.

Yes, that's TTS not KW which you should have got instead, j/k. You just need a 3" pulley not bearings. There's at least 3 ppl who got to 500 if you count my 500 dynapack. Mines been running strong for 3 years (over 20k miles) without issues.

Yea...but it should be a close enough comparison...if the KW kit is hitting 460whp Dynapack...on E85 it should be a good bit more.

Yep...and I agree with the rest! The 1200 will get you there!
