Default Routing Vaccum Hoses?

Hey guys, so I just installed a Comptech S/C a couple days ago, but I have some concern about these 2 hoses near the fuel rail.. I think they're supposed to be connected to a small black plastic stuff which controls the idle of the engine...
Where should I connect these two hoses to? The CT instruction seems to be a little bit vague to me.
Oh, driftopia has an instruction as well, but I can't zoom in the image..

Its on page 10 of the CT instructions. Here's a screenshot of it.

The ACV vacuum tank is mounted on the back-side of the front crossmember (directly below the supercharger). The ACV solenoid was previously attached to your OEM air box and was relocated to the vacuum tank in the instructions above. The bold lines labeled "Upper" and "Lower" are the two lines in your picture.
