If I was to run an Nos spray bar on the radiator for the Vortech Aftercooler is there a possibilty it would freeze the liquid and acutally make me lose power?

what is the mix you have going through the aftercooler? I can't imagine this happening... intercooler sprayers end up hitting the radiator too, and your coolant doesn't freeze... superchargers get hot as hell, I can't see the fluid dropping so rapidly (especially while you are in the throttle hitting the button) that it would freeze much of anything, but I don't see it being much benefit either with a liquid system...

If you're only using the NOS to run the intercooler spray, I'd advise CO2 for more safety (less possibility of bang bang). But I REALLY doubt your coolant will freeze.
