while at the track on sunday I was approached by the event organizer (a person I know) he asked me if I was coming to his next event called honda nationals he asked me If I know any other s2k guys that's willing to come out if he adds a s2k shoot out to the event he said he needs a minimum of 6 cars I'm definitely going to be there just wanted to know if anyone is interested in it so we can have a s2k class. The event will be at island drag way in new jersey

I live in NJ and have a boosted S2000, but highly doubt I'd be anywhere near the level as most people on here. If you can get the people I'll definitely spectate!

this is awesome! I have been saying for years all the OGS events need to have a rwd s2000/nsx class! Only class most of us turbo guys with 400-700hp could run would be bracket. I dont think they allow rwd in the 10.50 or 11.50 index racing. Thats the hard thing I have yet to find out... what class a 9 to 10 second s2000 could run. It would be nice if I knew of a class like the SFWD but for rwd. Like ideally a 4 cylinder, min 2400lbs, 67mm turbo, full interior class cars racing, awd or rwd only.

 

I normally work the honda day events I've brought that up to him before he told.me to get cars and he'll add the class if I remember correctly only 4 people said they would do it...real street was one them

 

I just broke the ears off my diff I'm in the process of fixing it now hopefully I can make it to fall nationals this weekend
