Default S2000 Turbo Issue ( no vtec

Hi everyone I have issue with my car
Recently Ive installed turbo kit precession GT 2871 turbo BB , 725cc ID injectors, 4 bar map sensor, Log headers, AEM V1 ECU, Oil relocation kit , (filter is in the from below headlight) Wallbro 255 fuel pump.
During tune we could not get it to go into vtec, It would act like rev limited cut off every time it would reach vtec, We changed it to all diff engagement points , at 7 k at 5 k etc still same results, gaped spark plugs to 0.023 same results
Recently I've installed my oil pressure gauge ( gauge was like 70$) mechanical one
and my readings are when car is warm at 20 psi idle and at 3k its at 63 psi it get to 80 psi at 3500 rpm i think and it never go past 80 psi regardless of rpm.
My Vtec worked 98% before I installed my turbo
car has little over 80k miles ( Oil pressure gauge is at Oil pressure sensor location, I also had it on sandwich plate where filter is on the block ( same results)

Im lost of what else it can be and Im concerned about my oil pressure being too low. as i read somewhere that it should be 35 at idle and 85 at 3k rpm.

(We also checked vtec solenoid it gets 14v at when you hit vtec rpm.)

u should have that 35 psi right when u get water temp on a cold start. after driving around and whatnot, most peoples oil pressure is 10-20 psi. mine is 13-15 usually. but with the aem, its not setup like stock ecu. it does not "check" oil pressure first then allow vtec, it just turns on at whatever rpm the tuner sets it at. since u had problems before, your solenoid maybe bad, or the wiring, start by checking those

I had an oil pressure issue with the relocation kit and oil cooler plumbing that was stopping VTEC working once the oil warmed up (220F+)
I fixed the setup but my oil pressure is still not great - oil pressures are as low as high 50's on the track but the VTEC seems to stay on.
So I think you are good with 60's and 80's.

Where is the oil feed for the turbo and do you have a restrictor?
Have you tried swapping the VTEC solenoid or taking it off and cleaning the screen?
