^^Or just keep it and get the difference in money back between the BB and JB. You wont see any differences on the road or dyno between a BB and JB turbo from what I've learned. Also, the BB turbo's cost about as much as a new turbo if the CHRA goes out and it needs a rebuild and only about $400-$500 to rebuild a JB turbo.

I paid $95 for them to do it.

$95 isnt bad at all for the coating. If I ever have to send my turbo back to them for a rebuild, I'll have them coat the turbine housing. Thanks for the info.

Took a few pics last night.

Interesting size comparison between the 3076r & the 6262.

Enjoy.

Just passing these on.

So far so good, the i/c piping is going to need a little adjusting as will the downpipe since it was a 4bolt...I'll have to convert it to a vband.

Gives me something to mess w/this week.

The compressor housing on the 6262 should be right at 1/4" larger in diameter if I remember correctly.

Ya, it seems a little bigger, but overall similar.

for a turbo that makes a ton more power than a 30r, that small of a size increase is nothing!

For the S cover that is. The E cover is 1/4" smaller in diameter than the S cover. I meant to say that. You have the standard anti surge S cover.
