Looks great, Adam! Don't forget to post a build thread on SvA.
I've thought about it..haven't gotten that far yet...I've been uber lazy with everything this time around.

Here and on a local forum are the only 2 places I've posted anything.

Hey Adam,

Youre running the AEM EMS arent you? you can get rid of that oil pressure sensor thats sticking out just below your compressor on the VTEC solenoid and cap it. It's not used with the EMS.
I've heard/read that before.

I would like to, what do you use to cap it with?

A bolt?

Would be nice to see something less awkward looking than a bolt, lol.

Just called, have my dyno apt set for the 28th of April.

Gives me 4 weeks to get everything ready and buttoned up. Hopefully it won't take that long, but I don't like to be rushed...

Yeah, you just take the sensor to an auto store that has various bolts and get a bolt that matches the sensor threads and also get a washer with it. The bolt may be quite long like mine was and you may have to cut it down to about 1/2" of thread length. There is an oring seal under the sensor and you will leave that on the VTEC solenoid and use it with the bolt. Also, take a little bit of teflon tape and put it on the threads of the bolt youre using to cap the hole to ensure no oil will leak past the threads.

Here is the best pic I could get of mine and I havent had any problems with leaks with the way I mentioned doing it above.

I've been pretty busy on her all day today...I reminded myself to pull the sensor, I'll stop by Home Depot tomorrow and get myself the right bolt.

Well make it look a fair amount cleaner.

Cool. Let me know how it goes. Dont forget a good flat washer for the bolt too. The washer will be what seals against the oring on the VTEC solenoid so you will want the ID of the washer to match the bolt well.

Thanks for the reminder, I would have forgotten that.

Speaking of forgetting, I set the sensor by my keys last night. Well this morning I was running a few mins behind, and walked off w/o it...so I'll have to wait until tomorrow to get it now.unless when I get home I run back out..which will depend on what time I get home today...
