Default S2k start up problem

I just got our motor back from inline pro not to long ago and have been working on installing it and getting it ready for the tuner. We have everything installed and ready for start up but it will not start up. It turns over but will not spark or start. Everything worked fine last year and the only upgrade or change was building the motor and adding bosch 1600cc injectors.. We have checked numerous things and cant figure it out. All grounds have been checked numerous times. There is NO spark at all. There is a few things i find weird though and want a couple of opinions on.
1. With the injector clips not connected to the injector...1 wire is powered and 1 is ground but as soon as i connect the injector....both wires are hot. weird. I checked the resistor wiring and it looks fine other than its a Mitsubishi resistor pack...but it worked fine for the past 2 years for us. We also tried another set of precision injectors and it didnt change anything. WTF could be wrong?!? We are sick of messing with it!

what are you tuning the motor with? was the car running before the build? if so what did you change besides building the motor?

It is tuned with AEM. It has had a full race turbo kit for the last 2 years and we just had the motor built over the winter. the only additions are a fuel system and we retaped the injector wires to clean it up a lil. I have since untapped everything and checked all connections and none are touching or loose. I did notice that when i check each injector with a test light... both wire are hot and that they sometimes click when i touch it with the test light. So im assuming that the test light grounds the injector and opens it. Any ideas on why it would be doing this? Mayb the resistor pack is bad?
