depends what turbo setup you are trying to do.... there are a lot of threads of our stock motor holding up to 700+ hp. If your looking for only 300ish hp greddy is pretty much plug and play. All you need a walbro pump. If you want more power more work needs to be done, like clutch, head work, maybe head gasket etc etc.... i'm still a noob at this and all this info can be found using the search.

Yeah i prob only going to want maybe 300+ maybe nothing too much. not looking to go up and down the road racing every kid. maybe a track run (not drag) every now and then. I looked at the greddy kits and did a little research on it. dose seem to be a plug and play. But just making sure cause cant afford to replace the hole motor once i buy this car. S2000 + a 97 accord for winter

I've been trying to tune the greddy by myself a little while I get all the other stuff done meth, exhaust, other stuff. I love the greddy but you want to make sure you don't want anymore power then around 330-350 hp. Plus the greddy kit is so cheap now and days you can get one new for 3000 shipped.

its a "header" and you will take it off when you go turbo and use a "manifold"

Yeah... no header with a turbo. From what I read a high flow cat is best asura makes high flow cats with two bungs one for your o2 sensor and one for the wideband. And just get a catback exhaust. Take a look bat the utimate greddy thread lots of info there. And if you ever want to upgrade look at joeyballs thread.
