"So the wiring, kpro, clutch, and adapter plate are the costly part?"

You won't need a different clutch if you have one that's good. The s2000 clutch works just fine but you will need a custom flywheel. Also Kpro for the Ks is much cheaper than tuning solutions for the F series. The two adaptor plates, flywheel, wiring, and mounts are the main expense. Like said before, we modified innovative mounts so if you have a set already and can do some light fab work you're good to go

Thats correct the s2000 is built with stronger stock components. The only way I would do the k24 is if I was going to go N/A as it responds better to bolt ons. If I was going to go all out and build a engine (f series/ K series) then the k24 deff has some benefits. But stock for stock going boosted I will take the f20/f22 all day as It would be the cheapest route for our car and would hold up better in the long run due to our strong stock components.

Any info on how hard this wiring is? I'm seriously considering selling my f22 and building a k24a2... I want 9000rpms and 280ish whp n/a
