Awesome man, can't wait to see the dyno number. Post as many pics as you can, I'm really considering this manifold setup with a 5858.

Small update. I've put about 600 miles on the car so far and everything is working flawlessly. The manifold started getting some cool looking discoloration after a few heat cycles. Did a couple highway pulls with a C5 Vette and a Mercedes E55 AMG both of which I came out on top by a car or two. Some more pics.......

Virtual dyno sheet. Iv'e read some reveiws online and for the most part it seems to be somewhat accurate Boost is limited to 7.5psi until 60 mph to keep 2nd gear from grenading.

Nice to see someone else using the software. I'm not brave enough to do 4th gear pulls.

In your dyno plot, are you shifting gears to get to 4000rpm? or was a straight 4th gear pull?

Usually, I would let it get up to 2000rpm in first gear, shift into third and let it go WOT. It would build boost slowly, but I get consistency every time.

First time I saw anything about it was in your DIY tuning thread. I've only run a few data logs with it but it seems fairly consistent. I like 4th gear because you get more resolution in your data logs. I only do 4th gear pulls if no other cars are around and make sure I won't be passing anybody. 4th tops out around 110mph so it's not that fast really.

Edit: Started in 4th gear at 49mph according to my log.

Keep us up to date. Really interested in what your setup runs. You going to get it tuned at some point or just street tune it yourself?

Definatly following this im about to get my plm setup running but im using a holset hx35 with a 16cm non wastegated housing. All i need is a good fuel setup and an oil drain but was going to run a scavage pump to the valve cover. Anyone ever run a scavage pump like this???

Still need to level them off with the hood and put some mesh grill around the rest of the opening.
