Default Safest supercharger setup

So ive been reading a lot about superchargers. I know I want to stay away from turbo because of cooling problems. I want to know for a daily driver what would be the best SC setup for the money as far as maintaining the kit and for power. I like the comptech with aftercooler setup however i've read the vortex is safer.

Also if you think a turbo can be done safely and maintained for a daily driver please share your opinions...

Thank you and hopefully the install will be done by the end of the summer.

they are all safe as long as you install it and tune it correctly. id go with vortech, kraftwerks, and SOS since their customer service is perfect. especially Kraftwerks. the kraftwerks kit is limited to about 380-390ish whp but the customer service is pretty damn good from my experience

like hasan said reliability is all in the tune. same goes for cooling, timing greatly effects how hot a motor runs. I'm planning for 500whp when I go turbo and Mase didn't say anything about upgrading the cooling system first.

I want around 300-350hp nothing too drastic, no where near 500. anything more specific is greatly appreciated. I've read the whole SC vs Turbo thing. It seems like people never regret turbo...but i just feel like from what i've read SCs are more reliable and suited better for daily driving.

in the 300ish range the greddy kit would be perfect... gives you more tourqe which is awesome. These kits sell on this site brand new for like around 4000.
