Default Sending AEM V2 data logs through email

I'm using AEM Tuner for data loggs and I'm trying to email them to Ptuning. I can see the file and its location on my laptop in AEM Tuner. But when I go to Gmail to send it out the file it's no where to be found. The only time I can see the file is in AEM Logger or Tuner. Ill go to c:/my computer, program filesx86, aem, aem tuner, configurations honda/acura and the file isnt there. But while im in AEM logger I can see the file at the above location.

Any ideas?

Thanks

So you're not able to view the file in Windows Explorer? Are you viewing 'all file types'?

Weird. Perhaps try searching for the file name/extension?

I did save to desktop.. When I added it to the attachments in gmail it said file not found. So I tried to zip the file. It worked. I email it to Ptuning and they're telling me it says access denied when they try and open it.

Almost sounds like you have some type of antivirus program or similar that is trying to protect your files...

Maybe try putting them on a flash drive and using a different computer?

Ill give it shot. I just can't get to them in windows expoler. So how would I drag and drop or cut and paste?? I'll try again when I get home. Next question is who has sent a data log file with AEM and how did you do it?

try and send it through a different mail account(yahoo, aol, hotmail). or connect your phone, save it to your phone, then email it from your phone.

mine send right away without any issues at all with win7.
