so what is the chassis rated for in the qtr? what are you planning to run with that thing? im guessing mid/high 8's?

It's a 25.5 SFI spec chassis. Certified to 7.5. However, my local NHRA tech guy told me that we could certify it as 25.2 as well, which is good down to 6 flat.

Honestly, I'd be a bit disappointed if I only run mid/high 8's.

 

I'm going to be testing the car this weekend. I'm SO EXCITED!!!!!!

Well, I took her on her maiden voyage this evening. All went great. Tranny/clutch felt good, the car stopped well, and felt solid.

She's getting loaded up tomorrow, and I'm headed south for testing this weekend.

Here are a couple of pics I took tonight. Not that great, I'll get some better ones this weekend when it's light out, and post results and video when I get time.
