Thanks man.

I didn't have any pitting or anything. And that was actually the head on beat on all last year. I don't believe they did any work to the combustion chamber either, other than just cleaning it.

The pitting itself wont cause any issues, but I would be curious as to what caused it?

The head builder told me it was probably due to coolant leaking into the cylinders and getting burned, he said that coolant being burned will pit and eat aluminum. He also said it wont hurt anything though. Before I built the head, I did have a leak from the Hondata intake gasket that was letting coolant leak into the cylinders and causing overheating which may be what this outcome is. I'll probably buy a new head when I go to build the engine or just have the bowls cleaned and freshened up really good if it can be done in a way that all the bowls will come out with the same size combustion chambers.

I cant wait to see your car done man. I hope youre able to get into the 7's.
