S2000 Forced Induction S2000 Turbocharging and S2000 supercharging, for that extra kick.

Somewhat custom build that started with a manifold

Solder fumes are VERY bad for you. The lead and the rosin can poison you. Make sure you always have a fan pulling the fumes away from you.

Again, nice build.

Don't have any major updates for you guys, I have mostly run into problems lately. Got a new pic of the enginebay under "cable work".

Got an oiltemp sensor into the oil relocation kit.

The problem I have is about the modified fuel system. I started a separate thread about it and would be very happy for some help that can get me in the right direction. The link to the thread below.

That manifold will creep horrible with that WG so far away from the collector.

Whats the point of the intake box?

Guess the FMICOOLER is not going to be doing its job correctly?

The idea with the intake was to recreate the way the stock car takes air, not the air that comes though the IC and radiator. If it is a bad idea and works bad I just remove it.

About the manifold I will have to test the car and see what the minimum charge pressure is. If its creeps to a value that is under an acceptable boost level, I should be safe right?
Example: At 9k rpm the car will creep to 11 psi minimum, got a 7psi spring in the wg. I then just set up the electronic boost control so that i charge 12psi from spool to redline. That should work right?

Just wanna mention that I test started the car today, just to see if all seemed OK. The fuel pressure can only be regulated up to 56psi, but that problem I think I can solve soon. Just let it idle for a min or two.

The turbo is kinda loud, i can hear it spinning very well with a high pitch sound at idle, and it spins several seconds after the car is turned off. I remember the same sound from the previous setup with the same turbo, I suspect the condition is not 100%. Is it normal that you can hear the turbo spin to a stop after the car is turned off?

The valve connected to your air box is the purge solenoid valve. You can attach it to the emissions control box that is directly below it with a 5mm screw and spacer.

Yes, the bearings will keep the compressor's wheel spinning even with out exhaust pressure until friction overwhelms momentum.

Nice to watch your progress, keep it up.

Cheers,
